Returns Policy

Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to Scarboroughs Limited within 2 working days of receipt and we request that all customers open boxes and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be unsuitable, broken in transit or if a problem has occurred during production.

Damaged GoodsGoods received damaged from Scarboroughs Limited must be reported within 2 days of receipt. Replacements will be sent and any extra postage charges refunded.

Mistakes & Change of MindPlease ensure that when you place your order you are ordering the correct item and size, if applicable. If you order an item by mistake or you change your mind about an item once you have received it you must inform Scarboroughs within 2 working days of receipt of your goods. All items must be returned in their original undamaged product packaging and suitable for resale, products returned and deemed by Scarboroughs as not suitable for resale will not be refunded.

Cost of Return PostageIf products are being returned because they are damaged or faulty the cost of postage will be paid by Scarboroughs. If the products are being returned due to your mistake when ordering or you have changed your mind the postage is payable by you.

All goods being returned, whether faulty, a mistake or change of mind, must be returned in suitable and protective packaging, for example if boxes of needles are returned loose in a jiffy bag this is classed as unsuitable packaging. If the goods are returned damaged due to unsuitable packaging then Scarboroughs reserve the right to provide no refund or cost of postage, if applicable.

We recommend that all returned items are sent by recorded post or courier; we can accept no liability for items returned by you but not received by us.
