If you wish to cancel your order you have 14 days in which to do so from receipt of the goods.

When giving notice of cancellation you are required to provide the invoice number, your name and address and a contact phone number.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of notice of cancellation.
If you are exercising your right to cancel items you are obliged to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them to ensure that they are returned in a saleable condition.
The goods must be returned in the packaging they were supplied in.
Goods are returned at your cost within 14 days of cancellation; please ensure you retain your proof of postage.
Once received, we will refund the value of the goods returned.
Where the complete order is returned we will also refund the cost of the outgoing carriage at our standard charge, we are not obliged to refund supplementary charges such as Special Delivery.
All goods being returned must be returned in suitable and protective packaging, for example if boxes of needles are returned loose in a jiffy bag this is classed as unsuitable packaging. If the goods are returned damaged due to unsuitable packaging then Scarboroughs reserve the right to provide no refund or cost of postage, if applicable.
